1. For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of package price per person at the time of booking.
2. On confirmation of your booking, the entire EUR / USD / INR payment for the above package needs to be settled maximum 60 days prior to departure.
3. Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to Excursia Global Education Pvt Ltd.
4. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price and hotel.
5. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger’s own & Excursia Global Education Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities.
6. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services.
7. Excursia Global Education Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any change in dates of School/University Venue, Cancellation of the visit.
8. In case of any last-minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers’ mandatory.

The passenger/s will not hold Excurisa Global Education Pvt Ltd , under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be 30% to 50% of tour cost will be applicable.
