1. The registration/booking amount is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Visa processing, travel insurance, admin charges are non-refundable.
3. Flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets and hotel bookings will be subject to the cancellation rules of the respective airlines, railways, bus operators, and hotels and the above tour plan may change .
4. If a visa is refused, delayed, or rejected by the concerned embassy/consulate, cancellation charges as per the above policy shall apply. Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. In case any other visa date is taken as per customer instructions then additional cost incurred will be borne by the customer.
5. No refund will be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transfers, accommodation, or transportation during the tour.
6. Refunds, if applicable as per the above policy after receiving a written cancellation request from the customer. Please be advised that any WhatsApp communications and phone calls will not be considered valid for cancellation purposes. All cancellation requests must be submitted through official channels to be processed.
7. Any increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, airline charges or foreign exchange fluctuations occurring before departure date shall be borne by the customer.
8. EuroGlobal Education Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government regulations, airline disruptions, or force majeure events. Please be advised that in such cases, refunds are subject to recovery from our suppliers & service providers. Consequently, the timeframe for any refund will depend on processing times allotted by external partners.
9. Any date changes, or itinerary amendments after confirmation may incur additional charges as applicable.
10. Any refund will be processed only after deducting actual expenses incurred.
11. Provided package cost is based on a group booking and includes administrative fees. Consequently, we are unable to provide a breakdown of individual costs.
12. Joining or leaving the tour is not allowed.

• Any cancellation between 120 Days – 90 Days prior to arrival date:- 15% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 90 Days – 60 Days prior to arrival date:- 30% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 60 Days – 30 Days prior to arrival date:- 50% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 30 Days – 15 Days prior to arrival date:- 75% of tour fare charge
• 15 days prior to departure date or “No Show” :- 100% of the total cost.
