Code of Conduct
- Be flexible and understanding of timings and itineraries. There’s so much of the world to see, and we don’t want you to miss a single second or hold others up.
- Respect local customs and cultural values. If you’re unsure about something, ask our expert Trip Managers or guides. Respect others’ cultural values and points of view. Travel is about embracing new ideas and learning new perspectives.
- Be responsible for your actions at all times. Be polite, kind, and respectful to Trip Managers, drivers, locals, fellow travelers, and anyone else you may encounter.
- Celebrate diversity. Group travel exposes you to people from different backgrounds and cultures, bringing both enriching experiences and shared challenges.
- Be mindful that certain words or phrases common in your home country may be offensive elsewhere. Adapt your language to suit your surroundings.
- Leave places as you found them. Respect our planet by disposing of waste responsibly, reducing plastic use, and making sustainable travel choices.
- Respect social media chat groups. Your Trip Manager will create a chat group for communication. Please avoid posting inappropriate content or anything contrary to Excursia Global Education policies.
- Alcohol: Alcohol consumption that puts travelers or crew at risk may result in removal from the trip.
- Abusive behavior: Physical violence of any kind will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
- Verbal abuse: Excursia Global Education Pvt Ltd does not tolerate abusive language, gestures, or threatening behavior toward travelers, representatives, or business partners.
- Any threats to safety, wellbeing, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the traveler’s trip. Travelers removed for violating the Excursia Global Education Pvt Ltd Code of Conduct are responsible for repatriation and related costs and will have no claims against the company.
