Cancellation

• Request for cancellation and refund should be made in writing (email or SMS). Verbal communication will not be accepted.
• Refund will be paid in cheque/online only (no cash) within 15 days after the conclusion.

Refund rules for cancellation

• Any cancellation between 120 Days – 90 Days prior to arrival date: 15% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 90 Days – 60 Days prior to arrival date: 50% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation between 15 Days – 10 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
• Any cancellation less than 10 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
